Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective August 21, 2026 · All versions
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Repair Tune LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Repair Queue ("Repair Queue," "we," "us"), and the business that registers for or uses the service at repairqueue.co ("you," "your shop"). You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box at sign-up, by creating an account, or by using the service — whichever happens first.
Repair Queue is built for businesses. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are using the service for business purposes, and that you have authority to bind the business you register. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
Repair Queue is a web-based platform for service and repair businesses: job and ticket tracking, customer records, quotes, invoices, inventory, appointments and public booking, staff scheduling and time tracking, reporting, and related tools. We add, change, and remove features as the product evolves; no specific feature is promised to exist forever. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your organization's accounts — including accounts you create for your staff. Notify us promptly at support@repairqueue.co if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, reclaim, or disable accounts and identifiers that violate these Terms or the rights of others.
4. Plans, billing, and the free month
Repair Queue is sold as a monthly subscription in tiers priced by number of locations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number on our servers.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and your saved payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free first month. New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is collected up front, and the first charge occurs automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We may modify or end the trial offer for future sign-ups at any time.
Plan changes and price changes. You may switch plans at any time; Stripe prorates the difference. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period after the notice period. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime, no lock-in. After cancellation you keep access through the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — including partial months — with one exception: billing errors, such as duplicate charges, which we will correct promptly when you report them to support@repairqueue.co.
6. Your data — and your customers' data
You own your data. The tickets, customers, inventory, invoices, and other records your shop enters belong to your shop. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data in order to run the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
Your customers' information is your responsibility. When you enter a customer's name, contact details, or device information — or your customers submit it through your public booking or tracking pages — we process that information on your behalf and on your instructions, as a service provider. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, for the lawfulness of the notifications you send through the service (for example, automatic check-in and ready-for-pickup emails), and for responding to your customers' privacy requests. We will assist with tools or reasonable help where we can.
Export and deletion. You may request an export of your shop's data at any time at support@repairqueue.co. After an account closes, we delete its data within 60 days, except copies we must keep for legal, billing-dispute, or security purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to access data belonging to another organization, probe or test the service's security without written permission, or interfere with its operation;
- send spam or unlawful messages through the service's email or booking features, or use them to harass anyone;
- scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- upload malicious code, or use the service to store or transmit content you have no right to.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.
8. Intellectual property
The service — its software, design, and branding — is owned by Repair Tune LLC and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your subscription is active. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
Parts of the service rely on third parties — for example Stripe for payments and our email delivery provider for notifications. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or acts. We choose and monitor these providers with reasonable care.
10. Availability, support, and security
We work to keep Repair Queue fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no service-level agreement applies unless we sign one with you separately. We may perform maintenance, and we provide support by email at support@repairqueue.co.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, per-organization data isolation. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay, as applicable law requires.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME — REVENUE, CUSTOMERS, EFFICIENCY, OR OTHERWISE — FROM USING THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to — for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of law that cannot be limited — and nothing in this section limits your obligation to pay fees you owe.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Repair Tune LLC and its owners, employees, and agents against claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from: the data and content your shop enters or sends through the service; your dealings with your own customers; your violation of these Terms or of law; or unauthorized use of the service under your accounts.
14. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to the service or other customers — with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (including data provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination.
15. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class waiver
Please read this section carefully; it affects your rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio (with the option of remote proceedings). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where jurisdiction allows.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@repairqueue.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For matters not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service and the law evolve. For material changes we will give notice — by email to your account address or a notice in the app — at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel before they take effect.
18. Everything else
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
